3 oz canned tuna in water, drained
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise or olive oil
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 sheets of large romaine lettuce
1/2 avocado, cut in julienne
1 red tomato, cut into small squares
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the tuna with mayonnaise and mustard.
Wash the lettuce leaves well and dry them. Put a spoonful of tuna on top of the lettuce and spread out. Add avocado and tomatoes.
Pepper to taste.
