100 grams of cooked quinoa
1/2 liter of milk
1/2 liter liquid cream
4 tablespoons whole-grain sugar
1 sprig of vanilla
Raspberries and mint leaves for decoration
To cook the quinoa
Put the milk to boil, remove from the heat and add the sprig of vanilla cut into several pieces to impregnate its flavor.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the whole sugar with energy until the mixture is whitened.
Add the milk and the cream and the cooked quinoa.
Stir until homogeneous.
If you want candy on the top it is time to pour it into the molds so that it is on top. You can buy it already done or look on the internet like make a good homemade candy.
Pour the custard mixture into the molds and leave in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy.
