Nutella Cheesecake

This delicious cold Cheescake without oven of Nutella, is the dessert easier and quick to prepare. Carry a base of chocolate biscuits with a cheese filling with Nutella and a chocolate coating. The consistency is smooth and creamy, perfect for this dessert.

MEASURES: Select all ingredients
2 cups chocolate biscuit for base
1/2 cup of melted butter, for base
2 tablespoons nutella or hazelnut cream, for the base
3 pieces cream cheese at room temperature
1 1/2 cups of nutella or hazelnut cream
2 envelopes of hydrated and molten grenetina
1/2 cup of bitter chocolate for the coating
1/2 cup milk chocolate for cover
1/4 cup whipping cream for cover
1/4 cup butter for the topping

In a bowl mix the chocolate biscuits with the melted butter and the Nutella. Form the base of the cheescake in a cake pan and flatten it until it is completely even. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Reservation.
In a bowl, cream the cream cheese with the Nutella, pour the melted grenetina into a yarn, mix and cover the base of the cookie. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Heat a little oil with water and place a bowl, add the ingredients of the coating and mix until completely incorporated. Lightly chill and pour the topping over the cheescake. Refrigerate 30 minutes more, decorate with strawberries. Cut and enjoy.
